In May of 2005 I quit my corporate job to become a full-time Health Coach with Take Shape For Life and haven't looked back since. Over the past three years I have helped more than one thousand people lose weight and get healthy with our program; myself included. The i'm livin' it blog is dedicated to enjoying life at a healthy weight and how to get there.
